Withdrawal requests on pk67 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative PKR method will be offered. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to four hours.
pk67 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal if verification has not previously been completed, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold that triggers enhanced due diligence review. In these cases, pk67 will notify you promptly and advise what documentation is required.
Player funds held in your pk67 wallet are kept separate from the company's operational funds. This means your balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms. pk67 does not use player balances for business operations.

Football betting markets on pk67 are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant period of play, as determined by the official governing body of the competition. In cases of dispute about a sporting result, pk67 will use the result published by the officially recognised governing body.
Casino and card game results are final once the hand, spin, or round has been completed and the result has been confirmed by the game engine. In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, pk67 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the result fairly. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player's wallet.
pk67 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at clearly erroneous odds or game parameters caused by a technical error, or where there is strong evidence that the bet was placed with prior knowledge of a corrupted or fixed result. Voided bets result in the return of the staked amount to the player's wallet. No winnings will be paid on a voided bet.

pk67's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
